Mango GARSAN

It has a exotic and sweet flavor which will delight the most tropical palates. With an aroma of our land, the skin of this subtropical reminds us of the most beautiful sunsets, acquiring different shades from yellow to reddish through dark greens and violets. They can help fight cardiovascular and degenerative problems, and even some types of cancer.

This ova-shaped fruit improves the skin and mucous membranes, preventing respiratory infections. They strengthen the immune system, reduce the level of cholesterol, muscle weakness and disorders originated in the nervous system. Furthermore, they provide folic acids, which are essential during pregnancy.

Juicy and soft pulp with an intense yellow, almost orange color, makes it the best way to consume this fruit in their natural state to be able to enjoy all its aroma and flavor. The ideal temperature for its conservation once it is matured, oscillates between 7oC and 9oC. If it still has a green tonality, it should be kept at higher temperatures, between 10oC and 15oC.

If your desire is to mature the product, it must be left at room temperature so that it reaches its optimum point for consumption within a maximum period of five days. Once the softening process has begun, it can be kept in the refrigerator for two to three days until it is consumed.
